I was compelled to write a review because our stay has been incredible! Starting with the location, staff, rooms, service, and the breakfast was awesome! Everyone here at the Richmond has been delightful! The bell man recommended a great place for dinner. The front desk arranged for us to do a late check out! My husband and son were running in the half marathon! They sent a very nice tray of fruits/ nuts and wine! So thoughtful! Our cleaning lady on the fourth floor was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast Buffett was the best! Had everything you can think of and a lot to eat! The rooms were perfect for us! We did not spend much time but very clean and the beds were very comfortable! The location of the Richmond is perfect! Right in the middle of all the action! Shopping and restaurants galore! And the metro is close by! I highly recommend the Richmond Hotel!

What a location! Near to trams, metro, cabs and buses. If you like nightlife this is the place to be. On the busiest Istiklal street but yet surprisingly quiet in the room making a good night sleep. Room is spacious and clean and the Bosphorus view is spectacular. Great unrushed free breakfast is a big plus. The staff were all very professional, warm and attentive. Like to especially mentioned Ms Ipek and Mr Mart and their Manager (sorry I did not get his name) - they went beyond to make you feel welcome in your stay. I will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again when in Istanbul and highly recommend others to do so. Ps……. There is a hidden gem, the F2 funicular tram (Tunel) which is a stone-throw away from the hotel which greatly helps you to maneuver the terrain down to Karakoy.

This hotel is situated at a great location, right on one end of the popular Istiklal street. It is close to the Tunel station which takes you to Galata bridge, from which you cross into SultanAhmet. The service, the room and the breakfast were all good as well. Recommend this place to first time tourists.

Hotel is amazing especially special tha ks to ipek from guest service every morning she greet us with a friendly manner breakfast had so much variety restaurant team are very fast and they do their job great reception team are also good hotel was in a very center location which was placed near the metro station everything was amazing rooms were clean and spacious I strongly recommend here to anyone and I will definitely come back and make my stay longer it is one of the best hotel in taksim arrangements
